Header only library for manually mapping dll's.

# imports

Only globally mapped dlls (user32.dll, ntdll.dll, kernel32.dll, etc) are resolved. This was done to limit the scope of the project, if you want to resolve more imports 
there are plenty of other hooking libraries (or just use lazy importer).
